Larscot......I agree that the PTO is still a dark cloud......I believe it will pass, but IMO you are correct it most likely is keeping the big money away........

PTSC is like a PUZZLE................The bashers will not admit this , but  everyday the picture gets clearer as new pieces are added........During 2008 IMO the puzzle will be completed.....The wait has been longer than i would like but i have confidence that all will be well.......

OSCAR........Take the wife out and have a great weekend..........Have some laugh's.............Over Christmas i watched the movie " It's a wonderful life" .............I had not seen the movie in 10-20 years.............I too can get down, hang in there as we will see better days............It will not be on our time schedule but i believe it will happen.....Larry
