Milestone......While PTSC / TPL have NDA''s , are the J'S in that same boat.............If i was an infringing company's CEO who received a call  from TPL i might want to ( DEEP THROAT ) my competitors.......I am sure that many of these powers that be are friends and talk shop..........Once you pay the pipper you want others to also feel the heat.......

Being in the used car business i will not give a competitor the upper hand , but we will all help each other out when BIG BROTHER wants to take us out............ 

When the puzzle is completed co's like MS will still IMO say ...who me.......

Saving face is not a Japanese thing it is a business thing......If you want to win you have to let the other side live on..........I am ok with the NDA as i believe that was the deal breaker.............Larry
