Tom, off to get 4 hours of sleep/auction.....It it cold here today, a low of 15 and a high of 20....Car wash had to shut down......Back to the 30's tomorrow and into the 50's by the weekend........

I do not see us getting blindsided with PTSC.........Nothing is a slam dunk and what ever stock you might own there is uncertainty ......What ever the settlement is i am grateful that we did not go to trial.........Even with a win / as we know that there is no justice in litigation / the years of appeals would have freaked many out.......

IMO, PTSC must wear it's poker face....g-night....
