I hope that you will appreciate that I am not down on PTSC, nor am I trying to spread FUD.

There are many many writers on the internet and any one of us can find dozens of articles about what is going on with PTSC/TPL.  I prefer to believe only what I read that is a direct PR from those two companies (and including Alliacense).

I guess there has been some confusion (at least on my part) as to whether or not granting of rights under the MMP is the same thing as granting licenses.

For example.....if (this is a big if) there was a joint venture as part of the settlement which cannot be revealed as per the NDA, then would it seem plausible that the JV partner(s) would be granted rights without a requirement to actually sign a license agreement?

I hope my question makes sense......I'm really getting rather bored with the whole thing as I'm sure you and others are too.
