Just because Cohen is speculating that the Js may have paid thru the nose certainly does not make it so..

We do not know at this time what the settlement will be in terms of dollars and receivables.

At a minimum, management is released from the complexity and negative energy of this legal action

I certainly hope they paid nasally.. but the minimum without a magnitude of dollars IMO would still be viewed as a loss by the street...

That Q will be what it is (hopefully a maximum of magnitude)... this continued deafening silence from PTSC is what I currently find the most perturbing...
