Yes, I think you are correct, the J2.5 bought licenses.  But for those people that want to instill fear and doubt in investors minds that dosn't fit in with their agenda. 

 It's amazing how few of shares can move this stock price down.  Much of the pattern we are seeing IMO is flippers and traders.  Unfortunately this pattern has gone on for so long that many of the longs are starting to get frustrated or even contributing to the doubt and fear and some are flipping at least some of their position as well to contribute to the volatility of this stock.

I believe PTSC is in the best position it has ever been in.  This is a great opportunity to buy this stock as most of us even the nay sayers know deep down that this is way undervalued and that the company will probably have record breaking profits in the upcoming q's.

Again the longs must be patient, our day will come soon.
