isn't whether or not the J2.5 have signed licensing agreements... the problems are twofold as I see them. First, nobody knows the nature of these agreements. We don't know if Matschusita may have gotten a sweetheart deal a la Sony... sorry but that deal is an historical fact, and history can and does repeat itself occasionally. Secondly we have the USPTO hanging over our heads... they've already rejected some claims in the 148 and yes, we've yet to respond but market perception is that if the patent was valid they should not have rejected anything. I agree with NathanHale by the way. I believe the patent is solid, but we may be dealing with forces that aren't exactly honest. We shall see, but until reality strikes perception is everything. JMO of course.
