I read your earlier post was hesitant to reply and do not have the answer to end all answers (LOL). Here goes:

"All parties" indicates everyone involved in each case.

The way the pacers are written, they include both parties. For example, J3 could say, wait a second you may be voluntarily dismissing but we have spent 10 milliion on defending ourselves for a frivolous lawsuit. Therefore, we are not dismissing the lawsuit we are suing TPL/PTSC for $50 million for frivolous lawsuit.Therefore,

All parties will be voluntarily dismissing their TX and CA lawsuits.
