With my puny 170k shares I feel rather scared of the shenanigans going on, not trying to scare anyone. Its a semi humorous observation especially when I noticed the number of year to year increase in reexam requests and the USPTO changing interpretations,i.e. where they may now say something is obvious and twenty years back I would guarantee you that it wasn't obvious.
