I hear ya, but anyone who thought there would be any news out of PTSC or Alliacense today is nuts. Almost every company in the sector is "coming down" today from their holiday shut-down, recovering from a possible hangover from beer and football, on top of the New Years hangover.

A 10Q is coming by mid-month. It will reveal the licensing costs of at least 5 new licensees - including a couple/few biggies.

And that 10Q may provide some guidance (as has been done in two of the last four reports), and that "bring us up to date" guidance doesn't have to be as exacting as in the past. JT doesn't have to cite a specific number to get the message acrossed. He could just say "since the end of the reported period, PTSC has brought in over $XXM in licensing fees". He could low-ball with a still impressive rough number, and still be truthful due to the word "over", while living up to the Confidentiality Agreement by revealing very little/virtually nothing - but enough.

Would JT do that, intentionally cite a low-ball number qualified with an "over"? IMO, yes - he's done it numerous times (to my angst). "Over 300 companies have been put on notice/are targets for licensing" (or words to that effect - the key words being "300" and "over"). The real number? Over 450. Low-ball by 33% from the high, or 50% from the low. And no, he didn't always say "major companies" or "multibillion dollar companies" - but just as I describe.

This is my hope, and JMHO. Now someone (not you) tell me that this post is pumping. Speculation based on verifiable facts - that are facts (with the possible exception of the "hang-over" part).
