Agreed, that approach would probably be better. But the same has been true for as long as Swartz has been selling. I suspect that a reason why this hasn't been done (direct buy-backs from Swartz) as much as we'd like is because someone, somewhere, might complain that somehow PTSC is giving Swartz special favorable treatment.
