I agree these deals are never easy..............

As an example i buy cars from a dealership .......It is a bid sale for licensed dealers..........Rallye auto group ownes 4 high line stores and their brand name means excellence..............On 11/7/17 on Business wire it was reported that the Penske auto group / NYSE ...PAG  ... was buying Rallye........The deal was to take efffect in early 2008.........I spoke to a few of the employees and of course they had some concerns..................A week before the official PR on business wire i heard that the deal had gone south............On 12/21/07 a PR said that both Co's  mutually agreed to terminate the deal.............

These deal are complcated and take time.......
