Buyout proposals by either side might set us up for anti-trust or Monopoly suits (being filed from the losing side), so I would think it would be in Patriots best interest to stay neutral to both parties, negotiating licenses with each and all.

(Any members of our legal council want to comment on the viability of that?)

If a settlement/buyout occurs, I would think it would take place at the TPL/PTSC level - with that, the entitiy remaining will remain neutral to all parties.

I havent forgotten Relational Investors....they haven`t been invited to stand in the shadows of this suare as just ``advisors`` or window dressing...I still think at some point we`ll see them step forward as a principal to activities, or perhaps in some type of brokering or investment capacity.
