"Leaks"

We have to assume that there are at least a handful of people who know the outcome of the settlement. They can't buy but they could leak info to others with a minimal chance of being caught. I'm a bit worried that we haven't seen much big buying from potential leaks.
I know everyone is on edge and will probably throw eggs at this post but just trying to throw out another angle in an attempt to find out what is really going on.
