I doubt they could "bury" the numbers in the long run (in the 10K). I'd think they'd either have to disclose the terms of a royalty arrangement if that is in play; incremental payments as a Receiveable if in amounts certain on dates certain if that is in play; or the entire amounts (aggregate) if it was a one-time payment(s).
