Human nature being what it is and given the large number of people who have all or some knowledge of the terms of settlement somebody will tell some outsiders to buy ptsc.

Just a nod and wink is all it would take. Once that starts it mushrooms and impossible to put a lid back on the pot.

All we can do is watch the share price and if we see steady increase in volume and price without further news I'd be thinking 'leak'.

This won't be done by the guys holding large amounts of shares but by people on the fringes  'friends, sons/daughters, parents, barbers etc.' .  An increase in share price would egg on those people to dip in again and again as price increases.

It's the problem with believing in conspiracy theories 'sooner or later there is always somebody who talks'. Try playing around away from home and see how fast it comes back? I know because I have an identical twin brother and you wouldn't believe how many times my wife has been told I've been out with another woman!
