consideration. Professional, competent firms and their representatives use "out of office" replies or some other method of informing those attempting to contact them if they are not going to be available for a period of time. To do otherwise, as I now believe is the case with Hawk, shows a level of unprofessional disinterest that is simply mind boggling.
