Manor, McGEE looks at both side of the coin and then dismisses any possibilitys and only has tunnel vision as to the worst case scenarios...........

Kirk mentioned that he will stop by PTSC on his trip out west.............Not for a second do i think he would do anything to harm our investment............ I have met Kirk.......Great guy.....

Back in the day Kirk myself and many here used to call up EDIG and stop by and meet with Robert Putnam....While he was not CEO he was the face IMO of EDIG...................Back to my attending the Arch Conference, a shareholders who attended and whom i believe is a poster here... had a large investor/friend contact JT............JT infact spoke to the person on the phone and went so far as to meet the person ....IN PERSON...........

I believe that Kirk could get JT'S ear in person, but to expect any information other than what he has posted would not be realistic............

I applaud Kirk for that effort and if need be i will sign a letter stating my share count and that he has my best interest at heart when relating our concerns............

Manor again i believe that Kirk would do right by us and not for a second do i believe he would involve the SEC..........IMO, just frustration, as i have been there.........I do believe that JT is the best guy for the job........Later.......Larry
