I called Hawk the day that we went from .80 to the low 60's..........I had met him and Frank and Julie at the Arch Conference..........

I told him that the vast majority of the shareholders on Agora were very upset with the lack of news from JT..........He listened to me for a few minutes as i told him the Agora's boards speculation that we gave the settlement away/ possibly for free.............Ken thanked me for sharing what i and many felt that day..................He said he would forward my message to PTSC.................

Honestly folks, we are still a small company and i beleive that JT knows our feelings...................

I do not believe that JT would have signed on as CEO if he would have to be silenced forever.................He has a healthy ego and when the right time comes he will be singing..............

IMO this is the calm before the storm..........
