NDA....   Turley can not disclose anything.  People keep posting, "what about something general....positive?"  Obviously, he can not speak of it.  He is the CEO, privy to all the information, including consequences of making a mistake.  I am sure he would like to be more up front with shareholders, but not at the expense of hurting the company.  I wonder if the 8-K's purpose, addressing the PR, is to cover for possibly saying more than it should.  If he could address all of your questions, why wouldn't he?  It would be a lot better than having shareholders outside of your office with pitch forks.

I agree with the disappointment about PR firms not returing calls or emails.  Even if it is "I regret that I can not anwer your question at this time:("

"Why don't we hear more about the company, aside from the settlement?"  Right now the company is the MMP.  TPL calls the shots, and are the ones qualified to do so.

Once Patriot does emerge independent from TPL and has a product to sell or company to acquire, then it will have plenty to talk about with shareholders. 

I know posters are frustrated with the share price not sky rocketing.  I notice a few new posters forming a wedge between poster personalities to engage drama.  I am sure it is just parania, but could it be possible that some are working for the J's?   Let's pressure Turley into making a mistake so we can sue over violation of the NDA. 

New posters:  some are great, obviously contributing greatly to discussion, and a few are dreadful.  They post the same FUD, over and over, more than just stating an opinion once or twice (in the same hour).
