In my opinion we have passed the date at which point a Fogel ruling would have ``normally`` been made. To me this means there is more going on than meets the eye. I suspect machinations behind the scenes which bodes well for PTSC, particularly the longer they take now that we are in this ``new time frame``. Unfortuantley, the waiting is the hardest part -- as Tom Petty said. All the best, MW
