My point to all that was that I agree that there is no excuse for a "non-response" to a properly written, logical and prefessional e-mail or correspondence to a public company (as opposed to a "you guys suck and you're screwing everything up and aren't working for us" type of e-mail). I think the one you posted here clearly was in the lines of one that deserves a response, even if it's a form response simply acknowledging their receipt. These are simple issues that most every other company I've ever invested in does without fail. For whatever reason, Hawk/PTSC does poorly at this function. Hawk should be taken to task for it, and if the situation isn't improved on, Turley should be as well. IMO.
