had to file an 8k to disclose settlement dollars. I had been anxious to see if PTSC would file one to indicate that a material event had taken place. Their disclaimer leads me to believe, as I suggested last week that the settlement $$ might be tied to some other event taking place (i.e. the re-exam results) and/or the new year. Perhaps the settlement included an installment payment in 08 followed by more money should we prevail in the re-exam. If we didn't receive money in '07 then how could it be a material event requiring disclosure in '07?
