This is what we need immediately. A progress report.  The only possibility of any underlying problem with settlement could be PTO, if somehow revenue from J3 was tied to that. If not, we should have hundreds of millions in the bank and should be well on our way to acquisition (many have stated no way PTO. If true, millions should be deposited).

If PTO is a problem, then, I'm not sure. It complicates everything based on the BOD and financing. The 3 person start up LOL may be a good interim pick to show that someone within PTSC is working for a living.

It appears that somehow, J3 may not be a done deal. There could be lots of strings attached that we are totally unaware of. We appear to definitely be in limbo. It is too bad they can't even report that. We are being held hostage by attorney's at law. What to do? For me sit and wait for PTO. Pissed off,  but impotent to do anything about it.
