Over the last couple of years, there has been an SB-2 filing and several amendments to the filing. This POS AM is another amendment to the SB-2. If you go back and look at other SB-2 amendments, you'll find that this filing doesn't necessarily mean that there will be any sells occurring in the near future. For example, the number of shares held by AMD has not changed throughout the SB-2 amendments. Some have decided to sell, but this filing does NOT signal an impending mass exodus of shareholders.
Kirk is correct that this registers shares for sale. History indicates that this type of filing is pretty much a non-event with regard to shareholders acting on the opportunity by liquidating their positions.
