I think that when we announce a purchase, we will be able to get an idea of what we received from the Js. For example, They announce a purchase for so many shares and $200 million in cash.  JT could pretty much tell us through the PR of what we received. "PTSC is pround to announce the purchase/merger of xyz company for $200 million. After the purchase we will still have $50 million in the bank."

Would not be hard to figure out what the Js paid without violating any deal that made with the Js in the settlement silence.
