I have no problem with TPL/PTSC going back to court with a new alleged infringer but I believe that they will allow last week's settlement to filter through the system first. Isn't the point of Alliacense negotiated licensing? Let the certainty of litigation permeate the incalcitrant for 3-to-6 months, then sue if no progress has been made.
