Ease, I hate to disagree with ya but IMO I have to agree with Tomb on this one. As rates increase IMO there will be some companies that choose litigation over settlement. IMO TPL may even file suit against another company just to keep TPL/Patriot in the limelight and on the minds of the remaining infringers. IMO, it would be good to see us file suit against another company because in my mind it would mean that we had such a strong case with the J3, that we don't fear the court room. The flip side is that TPL would probably continue to silence our PR's therefore the ambiguity that we all hate would remain to a certain extent. All in my opinion, which for this topic means nada. First things first, here's to Phillips paying > than Fujitsu therefore providing a decent Q2, so that we can base up before we hopefully receive a nice Q3.
