Anyone hear the court could be petitioned to unseal the settlement papers if J.W. found that a private citizen not involved with the negotiations had access to the contests under seal.  The public would have a right to know if it were determined outsiders were privy to the terms of settlement( so i've been told...).  Of course, request to unseal could be denied and an appeal would be required if there were any evidence to back up the claim.
