I think, i hope, my interpretation of his response to you Air is: if there were to ever be anything in our future that might transpire between the two it would have bee stipulated in the mitigation and refered back to if any future development were to occure.

ergo, Like JW reviewed and will hold the two parties to the stipulations of this recent Tos/mas/nec case.

And IMO that meant he had to read-understand and have final say on the closure of the case we were wondering about.
