Seems is still open ended because it is a 'united' effort yet we'r to understand TPL was cut deal for its chip-side, and we had to agree to it, yet we have AMD with our shares.

As things progress I'm willing to bet the deck is still being shuffled in order to deal our hands in these areas of tech interest.

Also what Turly accomplishes with aquisitions/mergers could sway TPLs views on the way it could play out.
