Along with that, I had already planned a call to one of my best friends (since high school) today with merry-wishes. I'm also going to insist that he seek new employment with TI, Apple, IBM, Motorola, or some other biggy. Why? Because he used to work for HP (licensee), then went to Agilent (licensee) in the spin-off from HP, then went to Verigy (today's licensee) with its spin-off from Agilent. Maybe I can convince him to bounce around the high tech world for a year or two - ya, that's the ticket! LOL
