I think a major chunk of those shares will be bought up when we get on AMEX (that's what Turley said) and because of that I think there is NO need for any kind of split.

And to get to AMEX/NAsdaq/whatever we need to get the $ from last quarter and this quarter so we can get a M & A.

Once we get the M & A up and going we will be big enough to get on a bigger board.

My guesstimate:

M & A:March 08
