There is only one entity that can buy us out: TPL.

The Master Agreement or whatever it is called states that if for example Intel was to buy us out, the entire portfolio goes to TPL.

The biggest threat we face is TPL looking at us as a takeover target. The second biggest threat is Huge Investors that no longer want to be invested in PTSC.

Todays Verigy license is great news. We need to be on guard, we need to get moving but we also need to be optimistic. It has been difficult to be that way this week.
