I believe that $12.5million per quarter wouldn't remain "lost" for long, even with new licensees. Once there are sufficient licensees, earnings forecasts will take the price to where it should be(I still can't see how the NDA prevents PTSC from giving guidance for the full year).

Perhaps there will be confirmation of yesterday's Pacer Orders today?
