What "...information..." are you referring to exactly?  We know there was a settlement but know NOTHING about any quantifiable terms.  I would call this a lack of information.  I know you will have a reasoned response, and I respect your opinion, but I also know that we are all just guessing and our investment remains mysterious indefinitely until further notice.
