The other part of that equasion is, using your news creates interest, brings in new stockholders, makes the PPS more valuable than just taking money out of the bank before doing an M&A. It's leverage. That is what's missing here. It was an grand opportunity fumbled. I don't expect that from my mgmt. team. I expect my PPS to go up due to value. It should of but it didn't. Value creates demand. There is no demand unless you project value.
