Patriot is building up its treasury. Hopefully it will continue to grow. TPL only has our hands tied because all we have going for us is the MMP. Once Jim and company figure out how to grow the company through acquisition (or whatever), he should have plenty to talk about with shareholders. He won't have to ask permission from anyone. The MMP will just be the icing, filling our accounts for the next 10 years. I have a lot of faith in TPL collecting. I believe when the financial details of this settlement come out, we will be happy.
I too am dissappointed with the current share price. Wings pointed out that there are a lot of forces working on it. However, I am more comfortable at .63 than I was at .40. Especially since the litigation is over. Hopefully we will still be flooded with licensees. All of these events, IMO, will lead to more positive results with the USPTO.
Have a great night. I apologize to anyone I might have been snappy with lately. Unproductive negativity compounded with personal dissappointment may have made me a little edgie:)
