Wolf, that is exactly what I was trying to get at in some earlier posts. I think there may actually be a business resolution contained in the settlement. The words are not there for the purpose of just masking it to sound better. JT went into silent mode just when settlement negotiations got heated up. IMO this business resolution could well be the reason. And IMO there will be an impact on that business resolution if the USPTO invalidates the 148 or 336. The silence is driving me to believe there is something big being finalized in the background. All IMHO Opty
