I  absolutely do not want PTSC to jeoporadize the NDA in the settlements with the J's.

I have never been a whiner on this or the edig forum.

But I would like to know if PTSC is gagged from making any kind of business updates similar to other OTC.BB stocks do to try to incourage a positive note for themselves.

JT last pr (IMO) did not say anything like that. I would even be happy if they left the dollar amount off.  At this point a fluff press release would again (IMO) help and let JT talk further about ongoing discussion with M&A or the rise in increases to licenses.
