a reporting shareholder.

As such any SALES by S&L or just S or just L is reportable.

Look All OTC BB MM's play the stock from teh short side

Why because they know that the emotion of fear always trumps teh emotion of greed.

While people are progrmmed to not chse stocks on the way up they are likewise programmed to cut losses and lock in gains.

Therefore an OTC BB stock is prime pickings for a short sided MM.

The more is rises the more he shorts eventually the buyers will stop  chasing and the stock price will drop. How far only he knows.

Why does this happen to Pink Sheets and OTC BB it's not the exchange as much as teh reason these names are on these exchanges.

Would the MM overly short APPL or GOOG or MSFT he will be risking heavy buying by insiders, institutions, reatail and large day/swing traders.  At any momnet a Buy recommendation can be published and move the stock quickly against him.. Selling short into a crowd of sophisticated buyers is like spitting into the wind.  You can't make it fall. If teh wind is blowing against you, you will wind up with a disgustingly wet face.

Not so with sub Dollar penny stocks.  The MM's knwo that there are no real analysts foillwing the stock and that no institutions are buying for clients or managed accounts and tehre are extremely few if any managers buying for funds of any decent size. So they are selling into weak hands with limited funds.  How many noted "oh if I only had some money to buy"

Likewise JT's comments that all insiders are precluded from trading until April is another indication that only a limited counter attack will be fighting against OTC BB MM shorting.

The only problem for the rest of us is that we don;t knwo how high it will go before the short selling starts. Is it just a retracement or teh beginning of an avalanche.

Wish I knew how to tell but I don't What I do know is that  barring a USPTO dissapointment we have a string fundamental underpinning that will allow us to be successful and that I beleive that we will see strong gains by the middle to end of March.
