Once the '584 has been appealed, guess where the case is going? Correct, Eastern District of Texas, Marshall, Judge John T Ward.

Do you think he might remember any previous case involving TPL/PTSC and the subsequent result? Do you think he might remember the behaviour of the parties? Do you believe that there will be any need to go back to Marshall on the '584?
