Good reply, but then it would depend on how important the pr is to TPL vs the defendants, doesn't it?  And that is the point I was trying to make.  Many here believe the defendants to be in the 'Protect My Image At All Costs' camp while TPL is probably in the 'Show Me The Money and Say what You Want Within Reason' camp.  

But even if this view is an accurate one, I admit that more could and should be done by PTSC.  It looked like JT was taring down that wall of silence that was SOP under Phol.  Sure isn't a good time to lose your voice.   All IMHO   Opty
