I don't know this but I believe that Swartz and other large 5-10% corp holders are dumping based on the PR Jim Turley sent out. It may be in the best interests of PTSC to repurchase to offset this large departure. MM's may have been responsible for the drop from .94 to .80 but not for anything else. They had nothing to do with today's disaster.
TPL better not be selling or they have broken the agreement they required PTSC to follow to not trade stocks until April, 2008. If TPL has sold shares, they should be investigated for trying to undermine a public corporation.
As shareholders we must carefully watch the actions of TPL. They could try a hostile takeover of PTSC as they are the only ones capable of accomplishing this. They know what they own and they may covet what we own and try to take PTSC private. They are a business partner but they are also a threat to our very existence.
