I appreciate your trying to see the good here...

JT is responsible and this shouldn't be put on the lawyers - unless they are running the company and if they are why keep him around unless ....... he is merely a figure head

Curious how 400 times not much (or good will or we can't tell you) will translate into value to the company, i.e. the shareholders
