I agree that JT certainly could come out with a statement that doesn't include anything about the J-3 settlment but talks about our the future of our company. It wouldn't have to be a "pump" statement - but just an affirmation that we're still on track - more so than ever.

I've got to think that we're missing a huge piece to this puzzle - it just doesn't make a lot of sense. His lack of communication is obviously hurting the SP and will continue to do so. The fact that he hasn't stated anything positive makes investors think there actually is nothing positive to talk about.
