Time for a WSJ, NYT or Barron's story - not dividends

My first draft for the first line of a press release/news story

TPL/PTSC have settled a case involving the patents for the fundamental processes of most microprocessors made since 1995. Details of the agreement are sketchy, but it appears that TPL/PTSC were awarded money as part of the settlement.

 

 How is that not news?
