As I previously posted I believe PTSc is paying taxes on the cash basis. If that is true, doesn't matter how it is recorded for financial statement purposes, it would be taxable income. I believe they are tax basis taxpayers because of the way certain deferred tax accounts were handled in the financial statements over the last year. A quick e-mail to Mr. Flowers should be able to confirm this.
