Creating share holder value seems to be the biggest problem for PTSC.

IMO, the different basic interests of TPL and PTSC don't allow an increase in the share holder value for PTSC owners. Our BOD cannot act as the BOD of a usual stock company. There is the non-public TPL which plays the real game. Our BOD is restricted in every action due to agreements etc.

IMO, if TPL knows a possiblitiy to chance PTSC into a non-public company to avoid any infromation brought out via SEC-filings etc., the would do so. Keep eyerything as a top secret and be happy!

PTSC is unfortunately in the hand of TPL till we have collected enough money to build up our own real PTSC- business, so we don't have to care of TPL........
