As I said before, I am not a lawyer and as pointed out by Milestone I AM WRONG about the defendants being able to come back and recover damages if there was a problem with the validity of the patents.   

I AM TRULY SORRY FOR THIS MISTAKE and I appreciate being corrected on the matter.

I hope I have undedrstood it correctly this time.
